As 2019 is just getting started, I'm taking a moment to reflect back on the wonderful clients and creative opportunities that I had the pleasure to work on throughout 2018 and have selected a handful of my favorites from the past year.

LA FILM FESTIVAL - LA MUSE SERIES

For the third year in a row, I've been honored and super excited to edit for the LA Muse Series. A video series that promotes incredible independent filmmakers who's works all have a distinctly LA identity. Each video highlights a different film, it's creators and the Los Angeles locations used in the film.
FUNKE, the food-focused indie was my favorite of the series this year. The video features Felix Restaurant on Abbot Kinney Blvd. in Venice, CA and discusses the process of creating the film with documentarians Gab Taraboulsy and Alexander Emanuele. Also, editing this video made me constantly crave pasta!

WWE STAR MICKIE JAMES INTERVIEW WITH TALK TENNIS

You might not think tennis and wrestling have a lot in common, but think again as the incomparable Mickie James sat down with Kerry Feirman of Talk Tennis for an extended interview to discuss her 20 year wrestling career and the ups and downs of becoming one of the biggest household names in women's sports.
 Next we have...

CRYPTORAMBLE - WHAT'S UP WITH PRIVACY?

Cryptoramble is a YouTube channel created by Desi-Rae from Just Thinking Out Loud, which focuses on authentic talks on cryptocurrency, privacy, and Particl, a cryptocurrency coin. For the third installment in the "What's Up With Privacy?" series, the video focused on the legal and ethical dilemma over Thompson Reuters selling access to immigrants data to ICE.
And finally, last but certainly not least we have...

HELLO TAYLOR MUSIC VIDEO - MEMORY

The only video in the bunch that I not only edited, but also directed and shot as well. It's a grungy, moody, angsty,  skateboarding inspired video for musical artist Hello Taylor's song "Memory".
